The rhythms of famous songs from the bands Nirvana, Prodigy, Rammstein, Coldplay, Rage Against the Machine and Queen will take over the City of Cluj during the Jazz in the Park Festival, acappella version, in the interpretation of the Viva Vox choir from Serbia. The choir has 38 classical music performers and became famous worldwide through their unusual performances, beatbox (vocal percussion) and no accompaniment.
In 2015, the choir celebrated 10 years of existence, launching their first album, first official video during the largest concert they ever held, in Belgrade, on Kombank Arena, before 10,000 people.
The group adapts famous pop-rock and alternative rock songs and so far, it has performed in festivals such as Exit and Sea Dance, but also at the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The first Viva Vox Choir concert in Romania will take place at the Jazz in the Park Festival, on the 1st of July, in the Central Park in Cluj.
